About Lifeline

The New Testament offers us a clear example of how Jesus changed the world with the Gospel of the Kingdom.  His methods were unusual, but His impact was great. Our desire is to impact our communities in the same way.  As people encounter Lifeline Church, they will discover our hunger for God, our love for people and our commitment to Kingdom advancement.  Our teaching is grounded in the Word of God and we endeavor to teach these truths in practical, easy-to-understand, and applicable ways.  Although our method of communicating may be different from the norm, you can be assured that the message of Jesus Christ will never change.

The core of our vision is to be an expression of our personal and corporate impact.  We must be living demonstrations of the truths that we declare and a powerful Godly influence in the communities that we touch.  We expect our lifestyle and values to affect those around us and to be reproduced in those that God joins to us.  We are constantly moving towards becoming a more accurate representation of what God wants…His Kingdom manifested and His will being done on earth as it is in Heaven.

- Commitment – We value commitment through membership that is demonstrated in regular attendance, generous giving and consistent dedicated involvement.
- Giving – We sacrifice our desires to fulfill the needs of others.
- Evangelism/Outreach – We endeavor to seek and save the lost, for example, the unchurched and those who do not attend a local church.
- People – God loves people more than anything.
- Our open door policy (All are Welcome).
- We don’t approve of sin, but we accept the sinner.
- Restoration – We don’t shoot our wounded.
- Modest and moral attire.

Mission

- To be Kingdom examples in the communities we touch.  We will make disciples and restore nations to God’s original intent.  We will do this one person at a time.

Vision

- To be a multi-cultural family church that impacts Chicago’s metropolitan and suburban areas with the Gospel of the Kingdom, creating an environment (through the services and ministries we offer) that causes people to pursue, find and fulfill their original purpose in life.
